A Mother's Pride

The boys are almost 22 months and it's time to document a few of their latest accomplishments. For several weeks now, the boys have shocked us all by the non-stop chattering. A few of their favorite discussion items:

1) Singing the ABC's; Itsy Bitsy Spider; and Twinkle Twinkle

2) Counting ... in english AND spanish

3) Identifying all 26 letters of the alphabet and numbers #1-9 on every sign, book, toy, etc. In fact, they spend most of Gymboree talking about the letters on the equipment vs. actually climbing on the equipment!

4) They have all their shapes down too ... no, really, ALL of them. I'm talking octagon, diamond, and oval too.

5) Flags. They wake up in the morning talking about all the flags on the houses in the neighborhood (American, Texas, Purple (i.e. TCU) and Bevo. Thank goodness there are tons of flags to keep them busy on our walks.

6) Yesterday Daniel sneezed and then said "Bless You" ... and then he blessed me today as well

They are more and more like little people everyday. It continues to surprise me and only makes us loves them even more! They are the MOST fun right now.
