Daniel was a little under the weather so he wasn't as interested but Andrew had this huge look of shock/excitement when he saw the bike. We have some work to do with pedaling but they will get it! We practice for about 10 minutes every day and then they go back to their scooters, which they have finally mastered. Hopefully the bike will be a hit by the spring (I have no doubt!)

And there were a few fun gifts as well from Uncle Bubba and Aunt Steph. They can't wait to start their gardening in the spring! Andrew (left) and Daniel (right):
Between birthdays and Chanukah, the kids have really mastered present opening.
At the end of the day though, the best toy will always be my iphone (grrrr):
We lit the candles every night and did a little family fun project or activity. Here is Andrew on the eighth night lighting the candles and both boys admiring the full menorah.
We had to get a picture of the boys school art as well ... Yes, that is Santa and an Elf (made on a spoon) celebrating Chanukah with us.
They DID get a special present on the eighth night too (we couldn't help ourselves). Hungry Hungry Hippo - such a classic!
The boys love playing the game but then also really love doing other creative things with the marbles. I found them lining up the marbles the other day to get onto the city bus that Bradley and Steph gave them. Then, they placed each marble in a seat and drove to Starbucks. :)
We borrowed a neighbor's blow up decoration for "blow up immersion." After this "friendly penguin" graced our yard for an afternoon, all of our blow up fears are gone. Phew! It was making it difficult to leave our house lately! Unfortunately, we have now gone the opposite direction and have to take detours to see ALL of the blow up decorations in the neighborhood every time we leave the house.
Its fun though.
